Refund policy

We want you and your pet to absolutely love your new gear! That's why we offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

1. Return Eligibility & Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following strict safety and hygiene requirements:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it (unworn, unused, unwashed).
  • It must have all original tags attached and be in its original packaging.
  • Strict Pet Hair Policy: For health and sanitary reasons, returns heavily contaminated with pet hair, odors, or bite marks will not be accepted and will be returned to the buyer at their expense.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, simply contact our support team at support@modernpetvibe.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the correct return shipping address and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Buyers are responsible for paying their own return international shipping costs.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the product is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo or video proof. We will evaluate the issue immediately and send a 100% free replacement or issue a full refund—no need to return the broken item.

4. Refunds Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method (PayPal or Credit Card) within 5 to 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
