Shipping policy
1. Order Processing Time
All of our orders are handled with care and processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped with your tracking number.
2. Estimated Shipping Times
To bring you the trendiest gear at the best value, we ship directly from our premium global fulfillment centers. Please refer to our standard tracked shipping times below:
- United States / United Kingdom: 7 - 14 business days
- Canada / Australia / Europe: 8 - 15 business days
- Rest of the World: 12 - 20 business days
*Please note: Shipping times are estimates and may occasionally experience slight delays due to customs clearance, courier backlogs, or extreme weather conditions.
3. Real-Time Tracking
Once your package leaves our warehouse, a tracking confirmation email will be sent to you automatically. You can monitor your parcel's journey at any time via our official tracking page or by clicking the link provided in the email. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking system to update initially.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
ModernPetVibe is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or gets lost in transit, please take clear photos/videos of the package and reach out to our dedicated support team immediately at support@modernpetvibe.com. We will file a claim with the courier and arrange a free replacement for you right away.
